Mrs. Rebecca Griffin Succumbs Early Today 

  Funeral services for Mrs. Rebecca E. Griffin, aged 84, who died at her 
residence on South Broad street, at 2 A.M. today, will be conducted Tuesday 
morning at 11 o'clock from the residence, by Dr. W.W. Staley.  Interment will 
be in Antioch Church cemetery, in Isle of Wight county. 

  She is survived by two sons, D.J. Griffin, of Norfolk, J.H. Griffin, of 
Windsor, two daughters, Miss Ada E. and Annie S. Griffin, and thirteen 
grandchildren.
