Hogge Buried Tuesday At Battery Park Funeral services for Capt. James Edward Hogge, 68, who died at the Obici Hospital, Suffolk, Sunday night, were conducted Tuesday at 3 P.M. at the Battery Park Baptist Church by the Rev. Jean P. Stephens, pastor, assisted by the Rev. Jesse H. King, pastor of the Whitehead's Grove Baptist Church. Captain Hogge was a retired boat builder. He was born in Norfolk County and had made his home in Battery Park for the past 60 years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Maye Hogge; two sisters, Mrs. Charles Hudgins, of Mathews Co., and Mrs. Coleman Tillage of Gloucester, and several nieces and nephews. Burial was in Battery Park Cemetery. The body was moved from the Jones Funeral Home to the residence where it remained until the time of the funeral. Capt.
