MARY ANN GAY HEDGEPETH

Mrs Mary Hedgepeth

Windsor - Mrs Mary Ann Gay Hedgepeth, 65, of Duck's Trailer Court, Lot No 7, 
died Monday in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital in Suffolk.

She was born in Isle of Wight County and was a member of Tucker Swamp Baptist 
Church of Zuni.

Survivors include her husband, Clifton A Hedgepeth; a son, Eddie Ray Hedgepeth 
of Windsor; three sisters, Mrs Martha G. Pippins of Suffolk, and Mrs Vernie G. 
Beale and Mrs Virginia G. Vasser, both of Windsor; and two grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 am Friday at Tucker Swamp Baptist Church, 
Zuni, by the Rev. J. Waverly Horne.  Burial will be in the church cemetery. 
The family will be at the residence.

The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of 
contributions to Tucker Swamp Baptist Church or Windsor Rescue Squad.

Purviance Funeral Home in Wakefield is in charge.

   WINDSOR - Mary Ann Gay Hedgepeth, 65, of Duck’s Trailer Court died
Dec. 29, 1986, in a Suffolk hospital.

   Mrs. Hedgepeth, a native of Isle of Wight County, was a member of
Tucker Swamp Baptist Church, Zuni.

   Survivors include her husband, Clifton A. Hedgepeth; a son, Eddie R.
Hedgepeth of Windsor; three sisters, Martha G. Pippins of Suffolk, Vernie
G. Beale and Virginia G. Vasser, both of Windsor; and two grandchildren.

   Memorial donations may be made to the Church of Windsor or the Windsor
Rescue Squad.

   A funeral was held Friday at Tucker Swamp Baptist Church by the Rev. J.
Waverly Horne.  Burial was in the church cemetery.  Memorial donations may
be made to the church or to Windsor Rescue Squad.  Purviance Funeral Home
handled the arrangements.
