Parker, of Smithfield.  She was the widow of J.W. Holloway, for many years a leading businessman and citizen of this town.    Surviving are four children, J.W. Holloway, Jr., of Chicago; Miss Emily Holloway, of Richmond; T.M. Holloway, of Lynchburg, and W.J. Holloway, of Smithfield; three grandchildren, William W. and T.M. Holloway, Jr. and Jo Anne Holloway; one sister, Mrs. A.E. Holland, of Smithfield; two brothers, Leonard L. Hearn, of Smithfield, and L.W. Hearn of Chuckatuck, and several nieces and nephews.    Funeral services will be conducted in Trinity Methodist church. Smithfield at 5 pm Thursday by Dr. Joseph C.
