HALL NEWPORT NEWS - Miss Olivia O. Hall, 74, of 15 Brandon Road, died Monday in James River Nursing Home after a long illness. A native of Isle of Wight County, she lived in Norfolk and Newport News 40 years. She was a retired employee of Smith & Welton department store, Norfolk. She was a member of Oak Grove Methodist Church, Isle of Wight County, and Old Dominion Eastern Star Chapter 100, Norfolk. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. H.D. Edwards and Miss Annie Hall of Newport News. A funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. in Peninsula Funeral Home, Warwick Boulevard, by the Rev. Carl E. Wallace of United Church of Christ. Burial will be in St. Luke's Episcopal Church Cemetery, Smithfield.
