Road St., a retired teacher, died July 7 in a hospital. Miss Holland, a Southampton County native, taught in Virginia and North Carolina public schools. She was a member of Blackwell Memorial Baptist Church. Survivors include three sisters, Amy H. Chappell of Elizabeth City, Hazel Holland of Windsor, Va., and Inez Munford of Smithfield, Va. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Twiford’s Memorial Chapel by the Rev. Dennis Hill. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in Windsor Cemetery, Windsor, Va.
