      SUFFOLK FUNERALS 

     MRS. MARY E. HOLLAND 

  Suffolk, Sept. 14. - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary E. Holland, aged 79, 
who died yesterday at her home near Exit, were conducted this afternoon at 
Whitehead's Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. Mr. Williams.  Burial was in the 
church cemetery.  A quartet from the Suffolk Christian Church, composed of 
Mrs. Telza Miller, Mrs. A.D. Brinkley, R.J. Brinkley and W.W. Ballard, sang. 

  Active pallbearers were E.T. Gay, Z. Turner, L.A. Turner, William Turner, 
Tom Jones, Wesley Speight, Willie Murphy, J.W. Dixon.  Honorary, H.J. Gardner, 
Obie Byrd, W.E. Byrum, Ben Eley, G.S. Wright, T.S. Gwaltney, Jr., and J.L. 
Purdie.

interred in Whitehead's Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 14 Sep 1926,
