WILLIE J. HOLLAND 

W.J. HOLLAND, 66, BURIED SUNDAY 

  Willie J. Holland, 66, died at 9:25 a.m. at his home near Central Hill, 
Isle of Wight County, after a long illness.  He was a lifelong resident 
of the county.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mamie Jordan Holland; a daughter, 
Margaret Holland; a son, J.A. Holland, of Norfolk; three step-children, 
Mrs. Clarence Underwood, of Windsor,; Mrs. Tom Jones and Eugene Stagg of 
Newport News; one brother, John A. Holland, of Walters; two sisters, Mrs. 
Maggie Daughtrey, of Suffolk, and Mrs. Fenton Bryant of Franklin.

  Funeral services were conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. at Central Hill Baptist 
Church of which he was a member, with the Rev. L.F. Paulette, of Smithfield 
Baptist Church officiating.  Burial was in Beaver Dam Baptist Church near 
Franklin.
