MRS. MARTHA E. HINES 

  Funeral services for Mrs. Martha E. Hines were held Friday afternoon at 2 
o’clock at the residence in N. Main Street, conducted by the Rev. H.J. Goodwin 
and the Rev. J. Sydney Cobb. 

  A quartette composed of Mrs. R.H. Jacobs, Mrs. W.A. Hart, W.W. Ballard and 
W.T. Matthews, accompanied by Mrs. C.R. Wallace, rendered the hymns "Holy 
Night" and "In The Garden."  A duet was sung by Mrs. R.H. Jacobs and Mrs. W.A. 
Hart, "Whispering Hope." 

  There were many handsome floral designs, the casket being covered with a 
pall of lilies and white rose-buds. 

  Active pallbearers were C.B. Pond, Dr. Archie Smither, W.T. Barrett, M.A. 
Elliott, W.J. Rhodes, Jasper Oliver, L.B. Evans.  Honorary pallbearers were 
friends of the family.  Interment was made in the Windsor cemetery.
