All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ Rites Set For Mrs. Hingerty Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Sarah Hingerty, 83, who died last night at her home in Windsor at 7:30 o'clock, will be held tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Windsor Christian Church. The Rev. J.M. Roberts and the Rev. Ellis Clark will officiate at the services and burial will follow in the Antioch Christian Church Cemetery. The widow of T.R. Hingerty, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. C.B. Carr of Windsor; two sons, B.R. Hingerty of Windsor and O.J. Hingerty of Petersburg; six grandchildren; a brother, W.R. Johnson of Windsor, and several nieces and nephews. The body was taken to the Hill Funeral Home where it will remain until tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. At this time the funeral procession will leave for the church in Windsor. ****************************************************************************** Mrs. Hingerty's Rites Held Friday Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Sarah Hingerty, who died Wednesday night at her home in Windsor, were held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Windsor Christian Church. The Rev. J.M. Roberts and the Rev. Ellis Clark officiated at the services with burial following the Antioch Christian Church Cemetery. The church choir sang "God Will Take Care Of You" and "The Old Rugged Cross." The pall was of Easter lilies, red roses and white carnations. Pallbearers were H.N. Williams, B.K. Johnson, B.T. Gray, W.H. Carson, D.B. Griffin, F.R. Johnson, G.T. Johnson and Dr. F.I. Steele. Friends of the family served as honorary pallbearers.
