ALICE L. BRADSHAW HARRISON 

MRS. ALICE HARRISON 

  Mrs. Alice Harrison, 79, well-known resident of Isle of Wight County, died 
Saturday morning at the home of her son, R.T. Harrison, after a short illness. 
She was the daughter of the late Richard and Lottie Rose Bradshaw, of Walters, 
and is survived by three sons, R.T. Harrison of Carrsville; W.H. and John O. 
Harrison, of Norfolk, and one niece Mrs. Norman Beaton of Boykins.

  Funeral services were conducted from the residence near Walter Sunday 
afternoon at 3 o'clock by the Rev. Rufus Corbitt.  Burial was in the family 
cemetery near Walters.

d. 23 Dec 1939, at son's home, Isle of Wight Co., age 79, 
interred in the family cemetery*, near Walters, 24 Dec 1939,

*Possibly identical with the HARRISON family cemetery off Outland Dr. 
   (Rt. 612) {Google} / Outland Rd. {IWCHS}, though it's closer to Carrsville 
   than Walters.  There is no report posted, but the description states, 
   "... had been plowed over with nothing but bricks visible."
