HORNE WINDSOR - Letcher Hinton Horne, 73, of Route 3, died Sunday at 3:05 p.m. in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital, Suffolk, after an illness of two days. A native of Southampton County, he was a retired farmer. He was a member of Antioch Christian Chnrch. He was the husband of Mrs. Ollen Register Lane Horne and a son of the late George W. and Mrs. Averilla Felts Horne. Besides his widow, surviving are a stepdaughter, Mrs. Nelson Hudgins of Pascagoula, Miss.; three stepsons, D.C. Lane of Cumberland, C.E. Lane of Norfolk, and Marvin Lane Jr. of Kansas; five sisters, Mrs. V.L. Lowe of Richmond, Mrs. J.R. Bowden of Newport News, Mrs. C.B. Davis and Mrs. J.D. McClenny of Sedley, and Mrs. Staley Lewis of Portsmouth; three brothers, Lloyd Horne and James R. Horne of Suffolk, and Willie Horne of Richmond; four grandchildren; and 10 step-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in I.O. Hill & Co. Funeral Home by Dr. R.E. Brittle and the Rev. Richard T. Squire. Burial will be in Antioch Christian Church cemetery, Isle of Wight County. ****************************************************************************** LETCHER H. Squires. Burial was in Antioch Christian Church cemetery, Isle of Wight County. Pallbearers were William O'Berry, B.F. Cobb, C.R. Clements, Harry M. Carr, J.C. Arrington Sr. and C. Allen Bland.
