Roy Eugene Jones 

  WINDSOR - Roy Eugene Jones, 29, died Thursday morning in Louise Obici 
Memorial Hospital. 

  He was a native of Hopewell and lived at 5 Hoffman Trailer Court.  He was 
a warehouse attendant for Preddy Fertilizer Co.  He was a member of Antioch 
Christian Church. 

  Survivors include his parents, James M. and Mrs. Evelyn Holland Jones of 
Windsor; two sisters, Mrs. Donna O'Connor of Fountain Valley, Calif., and 
Miss Robin Lynn Jones of Orange, Calif.; a brother, James Mark Jones of 
Windsor; and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Jones of Chesapeake. 

  A funeral will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral 
Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. R. Lindsey Poteat.  Burial will be in Antioch 
Church Cemetery.

  A funeral service for Roy Eugene Jones, who died Thursday, was held Saturday 
at 2:30 p.m. in the Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home. 

  The Rev. R. Lindsey Poteat presided. 

  Burial followed in Antioch Church Cemetery. 

  Pallbearers were: Mike Luter, Curry Butler, Billy DeLucia, Raymond Brock, 
Ruffin Alphin, Rex Alphin, Willie Wayne Chapman, and Fleetwood Turner.

His maternal grandparents, Hugh Kelly & Annie Ronnie (FERGUSON) HOLLAND,
