Widower Jordan Johnson, sn/o Stephen & Patsey, m. 1864 Martha Turner (IoW.Co. #14). He 1m. 1838 Elizabeth Turner. Jodie's bro Enos Luther's D.Cert. (1946-22413) gives his parents as Jordan & Jemima - a Jordan Johnson did m. a Jemima Johnson - in 1819! (FamilySearch.org "Virginia Marriages") As the Nansemond Co. records were lost to fire in 1866, there well could be another union not found. I have not found the family in the 1880 Census - the children given for the Jordan & Martha found in 1880 do not align with 1870 data.
