Laura E. Barrett Jenkins 

Burial in Isle of Wight 

  Suffolk, Va., Nov. 8 - The body of Laura B. Jenkins, wife of I.K. Jenkins, 
today was taken to Isle of Wight county for burial.  The casket was sent to 
Windsor station and was transferred to Antioch Christian church, where the 
funeral services were in charge of the pastor, Rev. H.H. Butler.  The 
interment was in the cemetery of Antioch church.

b. Feb 1878, Isle of Wight Co., d. Nov 1911,

Her gravestone shows no dates.  A photo of it - added by Ron Stewart - 
   is posted with Find a Grave Memorial #104819703. 

Her husband (1870 - 1956) & their daughter Crystal (no dates) are also buried 
   there. 

They m. 17 Dec 1895.  (IoW.Co. M.Reg. {BVS copy} 1895 p. 224 #2) 

The 1900 Census - Hardy Dist., IoW.Co. - gives b. Feb 1878; m. 4 yrs; 
   2/2 children surviving. 

Her parents, Stephen Goodman & "Mittie" Mildred A. (LANE) BARRETT, 
   m. 17 Jan 1871 in So.Co.  They are buried in Windsor Cemetery.
