He was the son of Mrs. Mary Horn [sic; Horne] and the late James Thomas Johnson and came here for medical treatment from his home in Zuni, Va. Besides his mother he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Josephine Munford Johnson; three sons, James Ralph, Edward Eugene, and Grover Lee Johnson, all of Zuni; four sisters, Mrs. W.E. Spain of Roanoke, Mrs. R.R. Rose of Walters, and Mrs. G.T. Harrison and Mrs. Edna Bradshaw of Zuni; and a brother, L.C. Johnson of Zuni. The body was sent from the funeral home of James V. Derry, 346 West Princess Anne road, last night at 6 o'clock via the Norfolk & Western Railway to Zuni for funeral services and interment. ****************************************************************************** DEATH OF MAIL CARRIER J.R.
