THOMAS B. JOHNSON 

  SMITHFIELD - Thomas Bertram Johnson, 43, of Smithfield, died early Tuesday 
in Patrick Henry Hospital, Newport News. 

  A lifelong resident of Isle of Wight County, he was a member of Smithfield 
Church of Christ. 

  He was a son of Bertram Greeley and Mrs. Anne Bradshaw Johnson. 

  Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Ralph Holland of Smithfield, and a brother, 
Horace G. Johnson of Staunton. 

  A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Bullock 
Funeral Home by Paul L. Frost of Smithfield Church of Christ.  Burial will be 
in Antioch Cemetery, Isle of Wight County.

b. 10 May 1922, Isle of Wight Co., d. 20 Jul 1965, Newport News, 
interred in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery*, near Windsor, 22 Jul 1965,
