She is survived by her parents, a sister, Emily Joyner and one grandmother, Mrs. Martha Faircloth Joyner. Funeral services were conducted from the Central Hill Church Tuesday afternoon, December 22, by the Rev. Jesse Stanfield of the Sedley Friends Church assisted by the Rev. Mr. White of the Isle of Wight Christian Church. Interment was made in the Rosemont Cemetery at Sedley. The floral offerings were many and quite beautiful. She was a birthright member of the Sedley Friends Church and at an early age showed an active interest in Sunday school.
