HURLEY JOYNER ZUNI - Mrs. Hurley Carr Joyner, 82, died Wednesday afternoon in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital, Suffolk, after illness of two weeks. A native of Isle of Wight County, she was a daughter of D. Walter and Mrs. Betty Thomas Carr and the widow of George Wilbur Joyner. She was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. T.M. Carr Jr. of Zuni and Mrs. D. Seward Nurney of Newport News; three brothers, E. Linwood Carr of Portsmouth, and J. Alvin Carr and Harry N. Carr of Windsor; three sisters, Mrs. Daisy Underwood of Portsmouth and Mrs. Phenie Uzzell and Mrs. Richard Turner of Zuni; and a granddaughter. A funeral service will be held Friday at 3 p.m. in Purviance Funeral Chapel, Wakefield, by the Rev. Erold Lotridge. Burial will be in Antioch Church Cemetery near Windsor. ****************************************************************************** HURLEY CARR JOYNER ZUNI - A funeral service for Mrs. Hurley Carr Joyner was conducted Friday at 3 p.m. in Purviance Funeral Chapel, Wakefield, by the Rev. Erold Lotridge. Burial was in Antioch Church Cemetery near Windsor. Pallbearers were Roland Lewis, Dr. E.M. Strickland, N.F. Carr, Fred G. Carr, Charles W. Martin, Edward R. Bissett, James C.
