Joyner, 51, Buried January 5 In Newport News Milby Lee Joyner, 51, son of the late Floyd L. and Mrs. Carrie Fulgham Joyner, of 2702 Fourth Avenue, Richmond, died Saturday at 1:30 A.M. at the Memorial Hospital in Richmond after a short illness. He was a native of Isle of Wight County, but had lived in Newport News most of his life and in Richmond the past several years. He was a member of the Antioch Christian Church in Isle of Wight County. At the time of his illness he was employed as a tool maker for the Union Machinery Company in Richmond. His only survivors are an uncle and several cousins and nieces. Graveside services were conducted Monday at 2 P.M. at the Peninsula Memorial Park Cemetery, Newport News by the Rev. A. Lanson Granger, pastor of Warwick Congregational Christian Church. There is no Find a Grave Memorial for either. D.Cert. 880 (Richmond #18) gives son of Floyd L. and Carrie (FULGUM) JOYNER; divorced. His mother's maiden name was FULGHAM.
