Mrs. Victoria Joyner, wife of Lloyd L. Joyner, of Zuni, Va., died Saturday night at 10 o'clock in a local hospital, aged 47 years. She is survived by her husband and eleven children, seven daughters, Mrs. E.S. Turner, Misses Leila, Galia, Hazel, Ruby, Marjorie and Geraldine Joyner, all of Zuni, Va.; four sons, Elliott, J.T., Earl and Nurney Joyner, all of Zuni, Va.; her father, Henry Chapman, of Zuni; three brothers, Obie and W.T. Chapman, of Zuni, and J.H. Chapman, of Petersburg; one sister, Miss Anna Chapman, of Zuni, Va.; two grandchildren, Eddie and Victoria Turner and a number of other relatives. The funeral service was conducted at Antioch Christian church this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock by the pastor, the Rev. White, assisted by the Rev. W.R. Beulah. Interment was in the church cemetery. ****************************************************************************** Funeral Services MRS. VICTORIA JOYNER Funeral services for Mrs. Victoria Joyner were conducted Monday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Antioch Christian Church by the Rev. E.B. White, and the Rev. W.R. Buelar. Members of the church choir rendered the selections, "City Four-Square," "The Heart That Was Broken for Me," and "The Land Where They Never Grow Old," accompanied by Mrs. W.W. Saunders. There were many handsome floral tributes, and a very large attendance. Active pallbearers were nephews of the deceased: Robert Joyner, Cleveland Joyner, James Pippins, Goode Joyner, Elton Joyner, Jesse Bradshaw, Walter Joyner, L.V. Spivey. The honorary pallbearers were the members of the Woman's Benefit Association of Zuni, Va., of which Mrs. Joyner was a charter member.
