Morriss & Sons, for Mrs. Annie Mae Laine, wife of the late Guy Carlton Laine, who died Saturday in the Lee Nursing Home. The Rev. Delos Miles, pastor of Crewe Baptist Church, and the Rev. Elmore Brown, pastor of High Street Methodist Church, officiated. The pallbearers were: W.G. Wallace, William L. Flint, C.E. Cogle, J.E. Green, Johnnie Benton, and Edward L. Walker. Burial was in Central Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Isle of Wight County. Mrs. Laine was born near Sedley in Southampton County, but had made her home in Petersburg; five sons, Hubert Laine of Petersburg, Jasper Laine of Colonial Heights, Guy Carlton Laine of Petersburg, W.R. Laine of Dinwiddie County and L.L. Laine of Colonial Heights; thirteen grandchildren, eight great- grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Her twin sister, Mrs. Annie Spivey Crocker, died in October. She was sister to the late Emmett P. Spivey of Sedley and J.H. Spivey of Black Creek Road, Franklin. [Annie Mae (SPIVEY; Mrs. Guy C.
