LUCY JONES McCLELLAND 

MRS. McCLELLAND BURIED FRIDAY 

  Mrs. H.W. McClelland, 69, widow of W.H. McClelland of Isle of Wight died 
at her home on Church Street, in Smithfield, Wednesday.

  She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. N.D. Gwaltney of Isle of Wight, 
Mrs. J.F. Minton and Miss Augusta McClelland, both of Smithfield; three 
grandchildren, N.O. Gwaltney, Jr., Nancy and Frank Minton; three sisters, 
Mrs. W.H. Myers of Baltimore and Mrs. J.J. Holloman and Mrs. J.A. Ramsey, 
both of Isle of Wight.

  Funeral services were conducted at the grave at Ivy Hill Cemetery Friday 
afternoon at 4 o'clock by the Rev. R.A. McKay, assisted by the Rev. L.F. 
Paulette.
