MARTIN Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Martin, aged 75, member of a prominent and widely-known Virginia family, died Saturday at her home at Rescue, Isle of Wight County. Mrs. Martin was a widow of Marcelous Martin. She is survived by a brother, C.M. Tennis of Rescue; six sons, W.L., C.C., T.T., Ezekiel, Jesse and B.F. Martin, all of Rescue; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was an active member of Riverview Methodist Church, at Rescue. Funeral services were conducted Monday morning at 11 A.M. at Riverview Church, with the Rev. H.B. Owen, pastor, officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
