Funeral services will be held at Uzzell's Methodist Church Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock. The Rev. W.W. Norris will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Nelms is survived by her husband, and an infant child; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. D.E. Lankford; two sisters and three brothers. Mrs. Nelms was a native of Warwick County. ****************************************************************************** MRS. MAT THOMAS NELMS Mrs. Mat Thomas Nelms, 18, died at her home in Isle of Wight County near Septa at 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 22nd. The deceased is survived by her husband and a new born baby, her mother and father, Mrs. and Mrs. D.E. Lankford, two sisters and three brothers. Before her marriage the deceased was Miss Adelaide Pearl Lankford of Warwick County. Funeral services were conducted at Uzzell's Methodist Church Tuesday afternoon at 3 p.m. with Rev. W.W. Matt's paternal grandmother Emily Archer (ATKINS DOOLEY; Mrs Wilson Cooley) NELMS (1850 - 1919) is also buried in Uzzell Methodist Church Cemetery.
