BESSIE C. OLIVER Funeral services for Mrs. Bessie C. Oliver, 21-year-old wife of Mr. Jesse Vernon Oliver, who died on Friday night at her home near here, were held Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock at Whitehead's Grove Baptist Church, the Rev. Mr. Page officiating. The hymns, "Abide With Me" and "Sometime We'll Understand," were sung by the choir. Active pallbearers were J.L. Babb, J.F. Oliver, J.L. Babb, E.A. Felts and G.T. Babb. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery. Besides her husband, Mrs. Oliver is survived by an infant daughter, her parents, four sisters and three brothers, all of Ivor and her grandmother of Waverly.
