Hill Funeral Home by the Rev. Donald E. Trump. Burial was in Colosse Baptist Church Cemetery. He died Tuesday in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital. A native of Isle of Wight County, he was the husband of the late Mrs. Mary [sic; Martha*] Virginia Lowe Brock Pippins. He was a member of Colosse Baptist Church. He was a farmer. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mary Francis Duck and Mrs. Virginia Story of Franklin; a stepson, Garland Norfleet Brock Sr. of Windsor; two brothers, Sherman Pippins and Roy Pippins of Suffolk; six step-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
