KATHERINE SAUNDERS PARHAM

   WINDSOR - Katherine Saunders Parham, 68, of the first block of Church St. 
died Jan. 21, in a Norfolk hospital.

   Mrs. Parham, a native of Isle of Wight County, was the widow of John T. 
Parham and was a member of Windsor Baptist Church.

   Survivors include a son, Kim S. Parham of Windsor; two sisters, Adelaide 
S. Worrell of Windsor and Hortense S. Fowler of Carrsville; three brothers, 
Herbert L. "Pete" Saunders of Hopewell, J. Britten Saunders and M. McClenny 
Saunders, both of Windsor; and a grandson.

   A graveside service was conducted Friday in Windsor Cemetery by the Rev. 
Clarence P. Moore.  Memorial donations may be made to Windsor Rescue Squad or 
to the church.
