RABY Suffolk, Va., March 1 - Dr. J.M. Raby, founder of the Farmer's Bank of Windsor, and for many years one of the leading physicians of Isle of Wight county, died yesterday at his home in Windsor, aged 60 years.  He was prominently identified with the business, as well as profession interest of the county and was president of the Farmer's Bank of Windsor.  He is survived by his widow, who was Miss Marie Watkins; his mother, Mrs. M.F. Raby, of Roxobell, N.C.; two sisters, Mrs. Tom Liverman of Roxobell, and Mrs. B.W. Edwards, of Philadelphia. ****************************************************************************** DR. JAMES M. RABEY DR. RABEY FUNERAL AT WINDSOR TODAY Suffolk, March 1, - Funeral services for Dr. J.M. Rabey, founder and president of the Farmers Bank, of Windsor, who died Wednesday morning following a stroke of paralysis several months ago, will be conducted at the grave in Windsor Cemetery, Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock by Rev. T.E. White, of the Christian Church there. Flowers will be omitted by request of the deceased. Dr. Rabey, who was 60 years old, had wielded a wholesome and constructive influence in the business affairs of Tidewater Virginia during a long and active career. Besides a widow, who was Miss Maie Watkins, of Windsor, he is survived by his mother, Mrs. M.F. Rabey, of Roxobel, N.C., and two sisters, Mrs. Thomas Liverman, of Roxobel, and Mrs. B.W. Edwards, of Philadelphia. Active pallbearers will be the directors of the Farmer Bank of Windsor, of which Dr. Rabey was president. They are R.A. Rhodes, J.H. Gwaltney, Paul J. Powell, S.T. Holland, H.V. Persons and W.H. Johnson. Dr. James M.
