(Special to The Times-Dispatch.) SUFFOLK, VA., May 16.- Francis Columbus Roberts, a well known resident of Isle of Wight county, died yesterday at his home, in Windsor, aged sixty-five* years.   He was a Confederate veteran.  He is survived by four daughters and two sons - Mrs. B. F. Carr, Mrs. Walter Neblett, Mrs. Ben. P. Gay, Mrs. George J. Britt, Rev. J. W. Roberts and Ambrose K. Roberts.  Mr. Roberts was one of seven brothers, only two of whom survive him - S. J. and B. C. Roberts.  He was an uncle of Treasurer Roberts, of Isle of Wight county, and of Professor J. W. Roberts of Suffolk.   Mr. Roberts came to Suffolk occasionally, where he had many friends.  A remarkable thing about his diet was that Mr. Roberts had not eaten breakfast for more than thirty years. Mr. Roberts used to say he got out of the habit of breakfast eating about the first of the war. He never suffered inconvenience from his abstemiousness, but on the contrary enjoyed splendid health. Physically he was large and robust in appearance.
