(Special Dispatch to The Times) SUFFOLK, VA., Oct 28. - John Walter Roberts, county treasurer, died this afternoon at his home, in Isle of Wight county, aged about seventy years*. He had an arm shot off in the Civil War. He was one of seven brothers who fought for the Confederacy. None but him was wounded.* Among those surviving is Postmaster Ben Roberts, of Windsor.
