MARGARET GARRIS RHODES

   CARRSVILLE - Margaret Garris Rhodes, 76, died April 20, in her home.

   Mrs. Rhodes, an Isle of Wight County native, was a member of Colosse 
Baptist Church.

   Survivors include her husband, Loftin Rhodes; a son Maurice A. Rhodes of 
Carrsville; a sister, Mildred A. Spivey of Windsor; two brothers, W. Floyd 
Garris of Windsor and Elbert R. Hines of Richmond; and three grandchildren.

   The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. today in Purviance Funeral Home, 
Wakefield, by the Revs. Mitchell Luckie and Donald Trump.  Burial will be in 
the church cemetery.  The family will be at the residence.  Memorial donations 
may be made to Windsor Rescue Squad or the church’s building fund.
