All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ GRACE RATCLIFFE RALSTON Norfolk, Va., July 8 - The funeral of Mrs. Grace Ratcliffe Ralston, wife of Henry Gould Ralston, of Florida and New York, took place at Christ Church, Smithfield, this morning at 11:30 o'clock, conducted by the rector, Rev. R.R. Phelps.  Mrs. Ralston died at Asheville on Thursday. She was the daughter of the late Colonel Fenton C. Day, of Smithfield, and a sister-in-law of Untied States Senator Thomas S. Martin.  She is survived by her husband, two little daughters, and one brother, C.F. Day.    The pallbearers at the funeral today were Robert Ralston and Dale Miller of Miami, Fla; James E. Chapman, Peyton Young, J. Waverly Thomas, Dr. Rea Parker, and Dr. L.C. Brock. Grace Ratcliffe (DAY; Mrs. Henry G.)
