A native of Rescue, he was the husband of Mrs. Mildred Eley Reynolds. He was a retired electronics mechanic at the Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Clinton A. Butler, Portsmouth; four sons, Henry P. Reynolds, Jr., Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Robert E. Reynolds, Portsmouth, and William T. Reynolds and Wallace W. Reynolds, Virginia Beach; 4 sisters, Mrs. William R. Spencer and Mrs. George Rollins, Newport News, and Mrs. Thomas Wade and Mrs. Frank Wooster, Hampton; four brothers, Charles W. Reynolds, Gloucester, Parker Reynolds and Harrell Reynolds, Battery Park and Bernice Reynolds, Newport News. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Olive Branch Cemetery with Snellings Funeral Home in charge.
