VIRGIL EUGENE SHEPHERD 

  Virgil Eugene Shepherd, 5, son of Irving and Elsie Nichols [Shepherd] of 
Capron, died Monday morning [sic; Sunday afternoon] after a short illness 
at Medical College of Virginia, Richmond.  He was a native of Isle of Wight 
County. 

  Besides his parents he is survived by three sisters and two brothers. 

  Funeral services were held today at W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home by 
Rev. W.A. Griffin.  Burial was in Antioch Christian Church cemetery, Windsor.
