BERNICE R. BULLOCK SCOTT 

MRS. E.H. SCOTT OF ISLE-WIGHT COUNTY BURIED FRIDAY 

  After an illness of ten years Mrs. E.H. Scott, well known citizen of Isle 
of Wight County, died at her home near Uzzells Church Wednesday, June 13th 
at 10:45 p.m.

  Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband, E.H. Scott; three brothers, E.D. 
Bullock, Woodford, Va., P.B. Bullock, Fredericksburg, Va., and J.C. Bullock, 
Richmond; two daughters, Mrs. G.J. Lewis of Waverly, Va., and Miss Mae Scott 
of Smithfield, Va.; four sons, J. Herman Scott of Smithfield, Carey C. Scott 
of Newport News, Pfc. Rae G. Scott, U.S. Army, Overseas, and Pvt. Edward R. 
Scott, U.S. Army. She is also survived by six grandchildren two nieces and 
two nephews.

  Funeral services were conducted at the grave in Uzzells Cemetery, Friday, 
June 15th at 3:00 p.m., Rev. E.W. Rawlings officiating.  The procession left 
the Jones Funeral Company at 2:30 p.m.
