Benjamin Stephenson Jr. 

  WINDSOR - Benjamin L. Stephenson Jr., 42, of Hwy. 636, died Sept. 28, 1990, 
in his home.  He was a native of Windsor. 

  He was the owner and operator of Stephenson Transportation for the past six 
years.  He was a member of Antioch Christian Church, Windsor.  He was a member 
of the Masonic Lodge A.F. & A.M. No. 77, Chuckatuck. 

  Survivors include his wife, Betty O. Stephenson; a daughter, Monica Olsen; 
his mother, Mrs. B.L. Stephenson Sr.; and two sisters, Carolyn S. Weaver and 
Betty S. Horton, all of Windsor. 

  The funeral will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Sidney F. Harrell 
Funeral Home by the Rev. Victor Hunter.  Burial will be in Central Hill 
Baptist Church Cemetery. 

  The family will receive friends Saturday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral 
home.  Memorial donations may be made to the Windsor Volunteer Rescue Squad 
and the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1413, Suffolk, Va. 23434.
