Stagg Buried Saturday Funeral services for Mrs. Ocie Whitley Stagg were conducted Saturday afternoon at Roberts & Johnson Funeral Home, in Smithfield, by the Rev. E.W. Rawlings and the Rev. T. Fred Wright. The choir sang "Nearer My God To Thee", and "In the Sweet Bye and Bye", and Mrs. L. Homer Whitley and Mrs. M.F. Hall sang a duet, "Through the Gates of Gold". The casket was covered with a pall of Easter lilies and white chrysanthemums and there were many floral tributes. Active pallbearers were Leonard I. Hearn, Jr., Tazewell Whitley, Charles Ramsey, Marshall Hearn, Clinton DeAlba, Everett Doggette, Jr. Burial was in the Antioch Christian Church Cemetery. Ocie (WHITLEY; Mrs. Clyde P.)
