Keith James Swinson 

  Keith James Swinson, 43, son of Carl [sic; Coral] "C.L." Lee Swinson, of 
Portsmouth, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007 in a motorcycle accident in Hoke 
County, N.C.  Keith was a self-employed carpenter. 

  Mr. Swinson was preceded in death by his mother, Alice Faye Saunders Swinson 
Freeman.  In addition to his father, Keith is survived by his children, Nikki 
Rae, Kritine Jale, and Cody James Swinson; his fiance, Doreen; his brother, 
Roy Alan Swinson; and several uncles. 

  A graveside funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m., Friday, Sept. 28, in 
Antioch Christian Church Cemetery, Windsor.  The family will receive friends 
from 7-8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 27 in Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield. 

  Arrangements are in the care of Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield.
