Saunders, former resident of Windsor, who died Monday in McGuire's Veteran's Administration Hospital, Richmond, were held this afternoon at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the W.J.M. Holland and Sons Funeral Home by the Rev. Ellis Clark, pastor of Antioch Christian Church, assisted by the Rev. Curtis Hoffman, pastor of Colosse Baptist Church. Burial was in Antioch Church Cemetery. Mr. Saunders is survived by a daughter, Mrs. A.V. Simmons, of Norfolk; a grandchild; two brothers, W.E. Saunders, of 121 Bayview Boulevard, Norfolk, with whom he made his home, and W.H. Saunders, of Windsor; two sisters, Mrs. J.H. Bowden, of Windsor, and Mrs. A.G. Parsons, of Pocomoke City, Md., and a number of nieces and nephews. ****************************************************************************** Jesse A.
