Hill and Company Funeral Home by the Rev. A. Woodrow Laine, pastor of Oxford Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Antioch Christian Church Cemetery in Isle of Wight County. She was a member of the Oxford Methodist Church and daughter of the late Richard Hedgepeth and Mattie Davis Hegepeth of Southampton County. She is survived by her husband, John W. Taylor; one son, Clyde C. Taylor of Suffolk; three sisters, Mrs. Lonnie Powell of Portsmouth, Mrs. Whittey Johnson of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., and Mrs. Hudley Holland of Suffolk; one brother, Dillard Hedgepeth of Chapel Hill, N.C.; one granddaughter, Mrs. Fred Spence of Norfolk, and one great-granddaughter. ****************************************************************************** Funeral Tomorrow For Mrs. Ruth Taylor Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Elizabeth Taylor will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at the I.O. Taylor's Funeral Is Held Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Elizabeth Taylor, who died Monday, were conducted yesterday at 2 p.m. at the I.O. Hill and Co. Funeral Home by the Rev. A. Woodrow Laine, pastor of the Oxford Methodist Church. Burial was in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery. Mrs. Anne Joyner, accompanied by Mrs. Webb Pinner, sang "Sometime We'll Understand." The pall was red and white carnations. Pallbearers were W.E. Harris, V.K. Rountree, Douglas Evans, C.M. Rountree, Walter G. Rountree, J. Fred Panton, Robert Comer and T.M. Rountree.
