JAS. TYNES 

OLDEST CITIZEN'S DEATH - Mr. JAS. TYNES, a very old citizen of Isle of Wight 
county died this week.  He was the father of Mrs. John P. Cowling, of Suffolk. 


James Jackson TYNES, 
d. 13 Jan 1896, age 76, 
interred in Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery*, near Windsor, 
"The Norfolk (VA) Virginian" Jan. 16, 1896
