FRANK ANGUS TURNER 

  TURNER - Died, at his residence, in Isle of Wight County, Nov. 24, 1905, 
FRANK ANGUS TURNER, adopted son of the late Richard Randolph Turner and 
Martha Raynor Turner, in the thirty-seventh of his age. 

  Funeral services will be held from his house SUNDAY, November 26th, at 2 
p.m. and interment in Ivy Hill Cemetery.

b. Dec 1868, Richmond, d. 24 Nov 1905, at home, Isle of Wight Co.,

He & Maggie m. 20 Jun 1894 in New Kent Co. 

His birth parents, merchant "Fred" Frederick Washington CLARKE, son of 
   Dandridge West & Martha Raynor (PUMPHREY) CLARKE, and Maria Angus CLARKE, 
   daughter of S.S. & Mary CLARKE, m. 10 Oct 1867 in Henrico Co. 

His adoptive father "Dick" (1838 - 1901) had been Commissary (acting keeper) 
   of Libby Prison in Richmond.  He was later a saw mill owner & lumber 
   dealer.  His obits ("[Richmond] Times" & "Richmond Dispatch," Dec. 1901)
