Holland and Sons Funeral Home, Franklin, by the Rev. Edwin C. Thornton Jr. Burial was in Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Elmer J. Darden, Clyde Turner, Reuben March, Clifton Darden and John Anderson. Miss Turner, 28, died Saturday night in her home. A native of Isle of Wight County, she was a daughter of Mrs. Lillie Johnson Turner of Carrsville and the late Howard Lee Turner. Besides her mother, surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mildred T. Pollak of Farmington, N.Y. and Mrs. Louise T. Thomas of St. James, N.Y.; five brothers, Clifton H. Turner and John Robert Turner of Franklin, Ray M. Turner of New York, Herman Turner of the Army in Germany, and Howard L. Turner of Northport, N.Y.
