MARTHA RAYNOR TURNER 

Died at her residence, March 28th, in Isle of Wight County, Va., after a 
lingering illness, Mrs. Martha Raynor Turner, widow of R.R. Turner and 
mother of Dr. Wm. D. Turner.

   The funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Mr. Compton, of the 
Methodist Conference, at her late residence, and at the grave by Dr. 
Robert Shirley Carter of the Episcopal Church on Sunday, the 30th , the 
pall-bearers being the Hon. Thomas N. Jones, Mr. Frank Jones, Dr. W.L. 
Ward, Dr. E.P. Turner, Mr. F.W. Randolph and Mr. John S. Norsworthy. 
Internment at Ivy Hill cemetery near Smithfield, Va.
