Turner, 74, prominent farmer of Isle of Wight County, died Thursday morning at his home near Zuni, at 1:40 o'clock, after a short illness. Surviving him are two children, Mrs. Mary Lou Parker, of Zuni, and Dr. J.F. Turner, of Norfolk; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Mt. Carmel Christian Church, in which he had long held membership, conducted by the Rev. W.R. Butler, the Rev. Vernon Fisher, and the Rev.
