Uzzell Windsor - Mrs. Phenie Carr Uzzell, 95, of Route 3, died Wednesday in Hampton General Hospital. She was born in Windsor. She was a homemaker and a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church in Zuni. Surviors include a brother, Harry M. Carr of Windsor, and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 pm today in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery, Windsor, by the Rev. Stephen N. Weed. Colonial Funeral home in Smithfield is in charge. ****************************************************************************** Phenie C.
