Everett, Isle of Wight County held Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock at Antioch Christian Church with the Rev. E.T. C[...; torn] and the Rev. Mr. White of Windsor. There were many pre[...; torn] and numerous handsome [torn]. Mrs. Ocie Stagg sang "The Old Rugged Cross," with Mrs. Whittle Saunders accompanying. Burial was in the church cemetery. Active pallbearers were G.W. Everett, W.H. Reid, C.B. Butler, C.P. Stagg, S.L. Gwaltney and R.L. Griffin; honorary, C.W. Spivey, W.C. Nelms, T.F. Garner, H.F. Spivey, G.N. Nelms, Willie Turner, W.W. Whitley, Jr. and Eugene Nelms.
