Mr. Watkins boat was found with the engine running and with a full load of crabs, stuck in shallow water near Pig's Point Saturday afternoon about 3 o'clock. Watkins was last seen Saturday afternoon about 1 o'clock just North of the James River Bridge and approximately in the center of the river. Up to the time that the Smithfield Times went to press we have not received any information regarding the finding of Mr. Watkin's [sic] body. Mr. Watkins was married and the son of several children.
