Whitley WINDSOR - Garland Seward Whitley, 45, of Route 3, died Sunday. He was a native of Isle of Wight County and the husband of Mrs. Sylvia Ellis Whitley and the son of the late Henry James and Mrs. Effie Braswell Whitley. He was a member of Antioch Christian Church and Central Hill Hunt Club. Other survivors include a daughter, Miss Glenda J. Whitley of Windsor; two stepdaughters, Miss Robin Johnson of Windsor and Mrs. Debbie J. Radford of Suffolk; two sons, G. Michael Whitley and Gerald C. Whitley of Windsor; two stepsons, Tommy Johnson of Windsor and Carl Johnson Jr. of Portsmouth; a brother, Stephen J. Whitley Jr. of Carrollton; and two grandchildren. A funeral will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home, Suffolk, by the Rev. Lindsey Poteat. Burial will be in Antioch Church Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. ****************************************************************************** Garland S.
